Open to the Young Students of EFFoST, this gathering provides the perfect opportunity to meet your fellow young food researchers the evening after the Young EFFoST Day and before the conference starts.

Wednesday 4 November, 18:15 – Welcome reception & Pub Quiz, Poznań Congress Center
The welcome reception will take place in the Exhibition Hall of the Conference Center immediately following the final session of the first day.
Join us as we celebrate our 40th anniversary with a special surprise prepared just for you! Enjoy drinks and light bites, with a selection of traditional Polish specialties, while catching up with friends and colleagues.
It will be the perfect opportunity to reconnect before heading out to explore the city and enjoy dinner. Poznań has plenty of excellent restaurants to choose from – enjoy!
EFFoST Pub Quiz
At the same time, join us in the Exhibition Hall for the annual EFFoST Pub Quiz. Grab a drink, test your knowledge of food science, and compete for a chance to win some unique local delicacies!
Thursday 5 November, 19:15 – Conference Dinner @ Concordia Design
The conference dinner will take place in Concordia Design, on the Level 0 space. Guests will enjoy an inviting atmosphere enhanced by architectural and ambient table lighting, accompanied by soft smooth jazz music in the background.
