Yixuan Liu

Yixuan Liu, is a PhD student at the University of Valencia, Valencia, Spain.
At present, her research direction is the valorization in the fish side streams with innovation and green extraction techniques, such as supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) and pulsed electric field (PEF). The doctoral study is carried out under the Research Group in Innovative Technologies for Sustainable Food (ALISOST), Department of Preventive Medicine and Public Health, Food Science, Toxicology and Forensic Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Valencia, Valencia, Spain. In addition, the doctoral research is conducted under the supervision of Professor Francisco J. Barba Orellana and Houda Berrada Ramdani.
