Matthias Brunner, Tsenso, Germany
Matthias Brunner is Managing Partner at tsenso Germany. After 10 year in the development, sales and marketing of automotive sensors at Robert Bosch, Matthias founded tsenso to improve cool chain management by using IoT and Big Data Algorithms. Since the participation at the METRO / Techstars accelerator, he focuses on establishing the dynamic Fresh Index to replace traditional static expiry dates, to increase trust and transparency in food safety.
Matthias received his Ph.d in statistical physics. He is an outstanding conceptual scientist with numerous publications, for which he received the Airbus-Group award “Claude Dornier“ for applied research. He is passionate about turning research results into products in order to reduce global food waste and to make keep this planet safe for our children. He lives with his family in Stuttgart, Germany.
